How we work

Discover. Prioritize. Pilot. Scale.

Four stages, and you do not have to commit to all of them. Each one is scoped to produce something useful on its own, so you move to the next only when the last has earned it.

A staged path from opportunity to production.

Most engagements begin with Discover or an Opportunity Sprint, but you can enter at any stage — including bringing in an existing initiative that needs a second opinion.

  1. Discover

Understand the business problem, the workflow around it, the systems involved, the constraints, and the outcome you actually need.

    • Leadership and stakeholder discovery
    • Workflow and systems review
    • Data, integration, and constraint mapping
    • A clear problem statement
  2. Prioritize

Determine where AI, automation, cloud, or architecture improvements create the most revenue, margin, or risk reduction — and what to leave alone.

    • Opportunity identification
    • Technical feasibility analysis
    • Value versus effort ranking
    • A recommended starting point
  3. Pilot

Build a focused, production-oriented solution that proves measurable value on one meaningful problem — the evidence you need to invest with confidence.

    • One clear problem with a named owner
    • Measurable success criteria up front
    • Human approval where it matters
    • Evidence to justify expansion
  4. Scale

If the pilot works, develop the architecture and operating model needed to run it safely at a wider scale.

    • Security controls and access hardening
    • Observability and evaluation
    • Workflow resilience and fallbacks
    • Documentation and operating model

Operating principles

How engagements stay practical and safe.

Each stage stands on its own

Start where it makes sense and stop when you have what you need. Nothing here requires committing to a long program up front.

Human oversight by default

Approvals sit in front of any action that touches money, customers, or production.

Secure and observable from day one

Access controls, guardrails, and the ability to see what happened are built in, not bolted on.

Simple before clever

The smallest architecture that meets the goal — fewer services, fewer vendors, clearer ownership.

Start with a conversation

Not sure what AI should mean for your business?

You don’t need a finished specification. That is often where the conversation should begin. Bring the problem, bottleneck, idea, or opportunity, and we’ll work out where the return is — and whether TerAgentic is the right fit.
